265 NCLEX Questions, Did I pass?

Published

:( Hi, I am basically trying to find out what the probabilities are of passing with 265 questions. I took my exam yesterday and I feel horrible I walked out of the test center feeling like my whole world came down on me, especially knowing that all my friends got under 180 and passed. I am sooooooo worred and down right now, I just pray to God that I passed this exam. I am sorry to post my emotions but I have no other way to vent, what should I do!!!!
i just found out that i passed with 265 questions. what a nerve wracking experience. the number of questions really doesn't matter. first time i took it got 88 and now this time the max and passed, go figure.

To all of you non-believer's out there (and until recently I was one of them), it is possible to pass the NCLEX with 265 questions! I took my exam on Saturday (10/27) and got all 265 questions. I walked out of there in tears, positive that I failed. Well, I just found out today that I passed and I wanted to remind all of you who had all 265 questions - don't give up! My motto is "prepare for the worst, pray for the best." I was already looking up when I could take another review course in case I failed, but prayed that I wouldn't have to. Good luck and keep your head up!

I took the NCLEX for the first time today. I got all 265 and I really don't think I passed. On lots of questions I just had to flat out guess. The questions were much harder than any of the ones in the practice books I have been doing. Who knows, maybe I guessed well. Right now I just feel sick though.

Thanks Silver Dragon, I just dont' know for sure how it will affect my job. I have heard that I will now have to work as a nurse aid until I pass. I guess I'll find out when I go in for my shift tonight. I'm just sick thinking about it.

Sorry you failed, I think you can work as a nurse tech for six months from your graduation date.

Don't give up, you will do it next time.
