I am trying to make things clear but your questions are unclear! Go to youTube and look at the nursing priority strategy!

Good luck!

Specializes in Emergency, Telemetry, Transplant.

It's kinda tough to answer multiple choice questions when some of the choices are "??". :sorry:

As for the priority questions, what findings are expected for the condition? Which are not expected/which could indicate a serious complication? The latter will be you priority patients.

#5 . other options : i could not remember. this is type of nclex question that i have.

but the other options( ??) are kind of unpredictable phrase.

nclex exam options are unpredictable. i need to require how to think critically and apply the question.

priority is hard one for me !!! I know the strategy about priority. unexpected sign / expected sign , chronic disease/ acute diseade/ ABC/etc.

#3. option 3. i think it indicates that pt has been fractured by accident and complained arm pain ( i don't really remember what exactly the statement . but noting mention about cast)

I choose 1. kidney issues will be great concern. the all options are expected sign, but i considered that which pt is should take care of first even though everything is expected sign

1. chronic kidney failure which is chronic symptom ( it usually less u/o ) 75ml / 8 hr seems to be concern.

2. broncholitis non productive cough ( expected sign)

3. fracture w pain due to accident ( expected sign )

4. CVA w headache ( expected sign)

i don;t know i might be wrong .

one more question, after 72 hour later, TB skin test should assess

1) ecchymosis 2) induration 3) swelling 4) erythma

I was confused about induration and swelling ??

which one is answer ?

thank you.

I had the TB questions on kaplan Review I am doing now! Its Induration not swelling!
