dont feel bad, i got it wrong too because iam thinking, why gloves and gown ..i looked this meningitis disease in my med surg book,( i still use it) :cool: the only rational i can come with

"meningitis generally requires respiratory isolation until cultures are negative, meningococcal menitigtis is highly contagious"

if we look at the answer it says the first 24 hrs so that could be the key word we was missing
