You can go on nursys if your state is eligible or the BON where you had to apply to get your license.

I believe that is the "good pop." I just went through this, unfortunately I didn't pass, and I did get the bad pop up... it took my card and said "Please provide the right card info... blah blah." Congrats! It sounds like you passed! I take mine in a few weeks!
