NCLEX-PN study tips

Published

Hi I will be taking my NCLEX-PN soon and I was wondering if anyone knew of good study materials out there? Any study tips? What was your NCLEX like? Any books similar to the actual test?

Thanks : )

Hello there,

I'll be taking the NCLEX -pn in early Dec., feel frustrated on how to prepare. Been studying Saunder and Mosby. Any suggestions? Do I have to know everything or what?

NCLEX can ask you anything. Keep doing questions and make sure you understand what they are asking and the rationale

Hey,

honestly, after taking mine, I can say that really I could have not studied at all and done the same, only because mine were nursing priority questions, best response questions, and some ob but really I tried to go over everything and just totally review, I will say though that doing lots of practice questions help make it more comfortable taking it. I walk out of the test crying sure I had failed but by some magic I passed, so in the end you do the best that you can and that's all you can do.
