Nursing Students NCLEX

I have been having tons of anxiety and stress since i have been thinking of taking the nclex. I graduated in september and have been wanting to take my nclex but I get nervous even just thinking about it. I practice the questions more than i do studying. I use prentice hall (cd rom). I want to schedule foe testing so bad just to get it over with but i dont want to fail. I beat myself up everytime i get an answer wrong on a quiz and i dont think i am ready for the nclex. But all this stress is really putting a tole on my life. I am almost depressed. I really dont know what to do. And i know there is certain material that i need help with but everytime i try to study it, i get like a mental block that prevents me from learning it. I think i am at a lost with no direction:cry:

The only way to get through this is to change your way of thinking.

You gotta be positive and stop beating yourself up. You can't keep thinking you're going to fail!

Change your thoughts, change your life! :)

Repeat this over and over! "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I know I can!" "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I know I can!" "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I know I can!" "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I know I can!"

You can't go through life being afraid to fail or you'll never get anywhere nor reach your goals.

I am realy trying but i have been like this my whole way through school. Every major exam i went through this. And now that i am done, I got alot of weight off my shoulders, but now the this! I Think i can. i think i can i think i can! I will say it everytime i study. Thank u for the support
