Is somebody got "card declined" after doing the Pearson Vue Trick? Like consider a "bad pop up" ??

So okay,

I used the "same card" to my account and to my friend's account (We are both nclex passer now and currently working) and we still got the "good pop" I did it to verify if the card is working. But one of my friend took his boards and keep getting the "card declined..." So I'm wondering that's a bad pop up?? He already check it after 24 hours he took his exam.

Anybody get this message? "The payment was declined. Reason: Contact you credit card company or use a different credit card."

Is this good or bad pop up?
