Hello everyone... i have a problem. I am Hepa-B carrier but my doctor told me that my body already produce antibodies that fights the virus. I am an RN and I recently passed the NCLEX exam, CA. I am now preparing for IELTS. I have a cousin who is in CA, she is now looking for a hospital who will petition me. She told me get information about my situation. What are my chances? What are the step by step procedure after i pass the IELTS? What are the immigration requirements? Will I still have to undergo HepB test? if yes? what will I do?? im sorry, i dont have knowledge about immigrations...
I really need some info about this, especially to those nurses who are already working abroad with the hepB+. pleaseeee help.

You are aware of retrogression and issues with Ca license plus may find it hard to find an employer at the moment due to retrogression?

Be aware that you will find difficulty at this time trying to find a facility to start the petitioning process for you in CA as you are looking at about a five year wait for a chance at a visa. Most employers are not willing to wait that long.
