Hi! Since retrogression is ongoing, and a rough estimation of 5 yrs or more before retrogression will be lifted, what will happen to our NCLEX and IELTS results, as well as the Visa screen certificate? Like in my case, my IELTS result will expire next year. Do I have to take another IELTS exam? What about my VSC I have with me right now? By the way, my papers are currently under consular processing. I'm just quite confused. Thanks ahead for the reply.

I have a question regarding Child Abuse Training. Do I still need to undergo this training even if I will be working soon to a nursing home in NY?

I am planning to apply in KSA for my first working experience for the meantime while waiting for the DS-230 forms. Should I go for it? Any suggestion from you sir?

Hi to all! Wow! What a forum. Thanks a lot to the one who made this website very informative. I am new to this website and I hope someone could help me explain with regards to approve I-140. My I-140 is already approved. Just want to ask you guys after this approval, when will the DS-230 forms will be given to me? Will there be a delay on the arrival of my DS-230 since retrogression is still ongoing?
