NCLEX pass/fail rate by school?

Is there a site or resource that posts NCLEX pass/fail rates by school? It seems there should be. I'm in my 3rd of 4th semester of ADN and though our school boasts a pass rate of 90-something percent, I recently saw an article about a college in MS that had about a 20% pass rate for first timers for the first time this year. It seems there should be a way to find out the school in your area with the best rate.

Try your State's BON website or the State's website RE Nursing Schools. I know of a few State websites and BON websites that list NCLEX pass rates.

Wow... a pass rate of only 20% seems very low.. the school I go to has a pass rate of around 92% depending on the graduating group.

My school has had 100% pass rate for the past 6 semesters. Prior to that it has always been around 92-98%.

I hope that 100% will still stick around till I take my boards.

I live in MS and our achool has had just about a 99-100% pass rate the last 6 or 8 semesters...hope im not that 1%!!

I graduated from a school in SW Florida May of 07, and we had a FAIL rate of 53%... Highest in the state from what we were told. We were told the fail rate was higher nationwide, but who knows? Out of those that have since retook it, about 15 classmates, about 8 have passed and 7 (including me) have failed it a second time. :o So depressing... Of course, we will all prevail and be great nurses, but for now... we are trudging along...

GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
