NCLEX for New York! HELP!!!

HELP!! im planning to take NCLEX in New York State. I've downloaded all the forms & the handbooks for instructions but still, im confused.. I graduated outside U.S, and I just want to ask about the new york's nclex application, FORM 1 question no. 22 & 23 CHILD ABUSE & the INFECTION CONTROL. i've read some articles about it & some forums say that I have to take a test about it. PLEASE HELP me & enlighten me!! :eek:

For a start you are not applying for NCLEX but license to be a registered nurse, NCLEX is just a part of that process.

Information regarding the child abuse and infection control will be on their website because they also list online etc places where you can take them

Thanks Silverdragon102. one more thing, do i need to request for a fingerprint card in new york? because in california, i'ts a part of their checklist. but in new york, i haven't read anything about it. thanks. :D
