nclex has confirmed that their long-promised manila testing center is set to open. from http://www.ncsbn.org/:

ncsbn will begin nclex testing in manila, the capital city of the philippines, at the international pearson professional center on aug. 23, 2007. scheduling for examination appointments will begin on july 13, 2007.

yes!!! finally its in manila. well even if some people gve discouragement that it wont open this year. and to think they releases the news days only before you can start scheduling the exam.

YES,YES,YES! i've read it the newspaper and just watched it on TV awhile ago...good job to all the people behind it. Gave me hope after failing some of the exams, now we have more the motivation to strive harder in our review. Very good news indeed.

From Buendia LRT Station take a Guadalupe-bound jeepney. Trident Tower is located immediately after the old Shell Maya station, just off the Ayala-Buendia stoplight. Examinees coming from EDSA (Buendia MRT or Guadalupe Tulay) should take an LRT-Taft-bound jeepney and alight just

before the Ayala Avenue - Malugay intersection. Those coming in from Ayala Avenue should walk towards Buendia via Geronimo Street (RCBC Plaza and Metrobank GT Towers)

this will sure help increase the number of pinoys who can take the exam and the more takers the more passers.... i am pretty sure the FILIPINO nurses will keep the first spot in terms of foriegn nurses who are taking NCLEX

Hi! Yup, to avail sched. here in the Phil. you have to call the Asia Pacific Region, in Australia, their number is 61-2-9478-5400. Goodluck!

wow!!goodluck to all pinoy nurses who had scheduled their exams on aug 23, 2007 at Manila...you have higher chances of passing the exam because you're more comfortable in the place-coz its in your hometown... in my case, i still need to meet all the requirements in processing the NCLEX...God Bless to all of us..

Pls help!...why is it that when I attempt to register today, there's no "Philippines" anymore in "choose a country" category where in fact when I checked yesterday, it was still there...anyone got the same problem?
