I have been doing questions on NCLEX 3500 and last night I did 8-10 and the computer screen turned white and said service unavailable. So I started again and it kept doing it. I was irritated becuase I have no idea if I got any of the questions right or wrong. Now tonight it did it again. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hey, I have also encountered your problem, try refreshing the page? It worked for me by refreshing a few times, but don't understand why it is like that.

That's really annoying. Sometimes you have to refresh the page a few times. However, your progress will not be lost so just refresh and continue on. Also, I found that early morning and later in the evening it didn't do that at all or only once.
Hey, St_Claire, is there anyway to save, pause or retrieve a current exam you just took to review the rationales? I have taken two exams and I took a break to have lunch and when I returned the website would say my session has expired. I have felt that by just answering then not reviewing the rationales I wasted my time. It makes me so frustrated...

You can print the score page but I did not find that helpful. What I did was to review only the ones I got wrong directly after. I read the rationale and used critical thinking to understand why their answer was right. I did not go to a review book after to find out why.

Thank you skygirl107, I will try that now, and thank you for the input St_Claire.
