Moved to NCLEX forum - can you give us a little more info?

Your question is far too broad to even attempt to answer.

What, specifically, do you need help with?

Well.....stopping at the minimum number of questions (or, in this case, one more than the minimum) indicates you weren't doing well enough in any domain to continue to test, OR you were doing so poorly in one domain you couldn't pass even if you passed a few of the others.

Go back to the basics. Knowledge, basic content. Hurst is good for that; make sure you are doing many MANY questions each day. I'm talking hundreds. When you get to the point that you are nearly always right, or always right on these kinds of questions, move to strategy/prioritizing ones. Questions that require you to apply the basic knowledge to scenarios and come up with a decision, or course of action.

You cannot pass without understanding all of the nursing concepts you should have learned in school, and you cannot pass if you cannot apply those concepts to real-life situations where you are required to act. That's really the whole crux of the NCLEX.

Right now it's hard to give you anything more specific, since you really need to pull up from the groundwork, form a solid foundation of nursing knowledge. It seems that at this time, you are lacking that foundation.
