is nclex harder if you take it in the united states?

NCLEX - RN i heard that it is harder if you take it in the united states than in the philippines...is this true?

No it is not true, It is a national exam and is the same regardless on country you sit the exam. It all uses the same pool of questions. This is also the same when people say it is easier in one state than another. It isn't

The difficulty of NCLEX is not based on the location of the test site. Neither on what State BON you are applying. Of course, questions vary on every test-taker, because of the technology called Computer Adaptive Testing. But NCLEX is a NATIONAL, STANDARDIZED exam. Questions will come from a single(?) question bank/pool.
