Nclex got harder?

Hi all,

I heard that nclex has changed their passing level to (of course) higher one....so I'm wondering if that is true and what does it mean?

What is states is the computer is clear with 95% certainty that you have reached the pass mark or failed mark of the exam. It doesn't state that the pass mark is 95%
