hi guys! my wife took the exam in australia yesterday ang she told me that the computer shutdown at 75. what do you about it? i mean some says that if the computer stops at 50 there is a posibility that the examinee will fail.. correct me if im wrong. some says if the computer stops at around 200 or more there is a big chance of passing the exam.
in my wife's case the computer shutdown at 75.
another question is how many days would it take for us to know the result of the exam?

She actually wrote the NCLEX exam for the state of Ohio. There are no state boards anymore. If I remember correctly, Ohio partipates in early results from Pearson-Vue for $7.95. You can check their website to see if that is the case. You will be better off checking the website of Ohio otherwise.
thanks mam! this is what we did. we payed 7.95$ using a credit card in pearson view.
hello guys! thanks for all the replies.after few days of waiting, we found out that she failed the exam. she was crying all night, she didnt know what went wrong. she tought that she was ready but still.. she failed. anyway i know there is always a second time.
i have question guys, how long will it take for her to get another exam after she reapply for another examination? she applied for the ohio state
TIA
Sorry to hear that. It is a difficult exam to do and very common for foreign trained nurses to fail. If you check out the Ohio board of nursing website and complete forms for resit it should tell you there how long before she can take it again. She shouldn't rush into it, maybe worth checking out Suzanne's programme and take it when she is ready.

thank you so much! i will ask her to post here and to read some good infos.
Best of luck to her. American-trained nurses have an 85% chance of passing the first time. For those that train out of the US, that goes down to about 45%. So she is not alone, but no reason that she cannot pass it this next time. Please let me know if she wants my help.
thanks! me and my wife PMd you about your plan. please help us. as much as possible she doesnt want to fail the next exam. she is a really bright girl. she took the NLE once, took the CGFNS once and TSE once.
thanks a lot
