Nursing Students NCLEX

so i took my nclex earlier and cut off at 75 questions, i know deep in my heart that i failed it feels from the strt that i dont know anything. every questions is so hard. i graduated in the philippines last 2yrs ago 2011 then i went here start working two jobs and applied in CA then denied and friends suggested try to go NY state. so after two years of waiting i finally got eligibility from NY then registered for pearson vue only got two months of review but still keeping my two jobs. its my fault that i didnt really focus on review since i stop 2 years ago.

im saying this to give some advise to those that starting. after my failure i encourage myself to focuse focuse and focuse specialy the ones graduated from diff countries.i was down a bit but trying to lift up myself and moveon. i learn my mistakes now.

thanks for reading.. still waiting for official resultl. anyone can tell me how to apply again? thanks

Try logging into Pearson Vue again, and try to register for your test again. If you get a pop-up saying you can't then you've passed. If it lets you go all the way to a credit card page then you havent passed.

Your state should also specify how long in between tests you have to wait if you have to take it again.

I used saunders, ATI and Kaplan stategies for my studying and just did question after question.

Good luck to you!

My nursing program utilized this to help develope our NCLEX test taking skills and was great for content and skills review..

You can find the entire book series on amazon for less then $100

AGREE ima in the very same scenario as you, graduated 2 years ago and took exam last june and failed at 75q. It was heartbreaking. I did self review with saunders plus NCSBN online review 3months before exam. i think it wasnt enuf. And I think I have to take a different study strategy this second time around.

Anybody there who took it the second time and passed? any changes you made the second time that helped a lot in passing? THanks so much and cheers!
