Unfortunately, it can't be predicted. Most US-educated candidates do pass on the first try, but it's not something you can infer based on the number of questions, getting the last question right/wrong, or other info provided in your post.
Good luck on your results. Let us know what happens.
Study Method -- I skimmed through the "Mosby - Illustrated Study Guide for the NCLEX-RN Exam" to review most of the content. ERI was also utilized at the school, however, I didn't to much of those questions. They were extremely difficult compared to the NCLEX and didn't help me out one bit -- I also did an ERI review course for 4 solid days.. and again, didn't help. The thing that helped me the most was the Kaplan NCLEX REVIEW Book. I read over this and took the 180 questions in the book and the ones on the CD. I wish I would have taken the review course in person, but it just didn't happen.
I was able to check online -- I believe the pearson website doesn't go offline until 6:00 tonight. The results were available at about 9:00 this morning... I had taken the test almost 48 hours ago, 2 days ago.

Did I pass? :)
It's strange -- After question 75, I felt like the next 35 were fairly simple as long as I read the question properly. I have a good feeling that I nailed those and am 85% sure I answered the very last question correctly....
