Took Kaplan's Readiness Exam, Taking NCLEX the day after tomorrow

Hello everyone!

My first post was about how I was scoring high 40's, low 50's on my past QTrainers on Kaplan. Today, I took my Kaplan NCLEX Readiness Exam and got a 63.9% on it. I have seen the conversion chart from allnurses, and it says I have about 96.8% chance of passing the NCLEX.

I am preparing for this Saturday, from what I'll wear to what I'll eat on that day. I also planned waaaay ahead to go to the state fair the day before. My exam on Saturday is at 2 pm, so what should I eat for lunch that day? How about my snacks during my break(s)? What else should I do to prepare?
