NCLEX/HESI coorelation

Maro, I'm in Texas. We had our pinning ceremony on Dec. 15. (on a Thursaday) and I beleive our paper work was sent in on that Thursday or on Friday morning. I was surprised at how quick we got our ATT's and had our informtation on the Texas State Board of Nursing, I was not really expecting it for another week.

Our instructors tell us that the HESI is 99% predictive of what our NCLEX scores will be like. However, I always ask nurses about that and almost all of them tell me that NCLEX is much easier than the HESI. In fact, most say they never did well on HESI and passed NCLEX on the first try...so who knows really.
