Easy way to remember Peds/ Growth and Development?

Hi everyone! Is there an easier way to remember the differences with Growth and Development? I get so confused on having to remember the difference between infants, toddlers, preschool, school age, and adolescents. Some of it is common sense, but I guess I always get confused :uhoh21: when it comes to activities, or what they should do and who they should interact with in hospitals, etc..... Just curious if anyone has any helpful tips!!!

There is not just an easy way, just remember the vitals for the different age milestones of children. You gotta remember the safe dose range calculation, hospitalization, and pain differences with the different age groups.
