Nclex in few days. Kaplan and Lacharity scores

Hi guys, its almost my big day i have been studying since November, i know it took me that long its because i just wNt to make sure that i will just going to take it once, since i graduated last 2011 i just thought that i need to have enough time that i will be able to understand every lesson that i will go through, however it seems that i dont feel like 100% equiped yet. anyway i enrolled in kaplan and im done with all of the questions trainer except Qt7 which i will take tomorrow. my kaplan score are as follows

KAPLAN SCORES

Qt5 62%

Qt6 64% redo 72%

readiness 65%

qbank 54% with 100% redo 67% with 27% completed

Practice test 265 (blue book 2014) 71.5%

LA CHARITY

Ch1 55%

ch2 51%

ch3 82%

I hope this score will help ,me pass my nclex...

i just dont feel 100% ready,i just believe with what they said that youll never feel ready.. im just so nervous right now...

I dont think any one can ever say they are truly ready for this exam because nursing is so vast that they can ask you anything.i myself am reviewing for nclex and using kaplan and saunders as my resource. Just pray to God and believe in yourself.You cany possibly know everything.What you know is what you know.we will just do our best and God will take care of the rest.Godbless..

Wow!! Your scores are so high! ..and dont worry youre not alone! I started my real review last week of november :)

My kaplan qbank 100% - 52 % and started redoing it..so far im on 57% now..

my lacharity i started doing it for real this week ..i only answered 3 chapters before I took my NCLEX-PN exam.

First try - ch.1: 55% , ch.2 48% , ch.3 77% , ch.4 58%

2nd try - ch.1 62%, ch.2 74%

What is the Practice test 265 (blue book 2014)?

If I am not mistaken it's the Kaplan Strategies Nclex - RN book 2014.. it has 265 questions at the end of the book..

I was wanting to know has anybody purchased the Kaplan exam prep course I think it is like $49 for 1 year? I'm torn between what to purchase I really need to start from the beginning but I do not want to purchase anything that will not help me. I worried that I may just get a lot of simple videos that do not go into detail.

HI Thank you all Guys for the responds.... By the way i have just done doing the QT7 and i only got 61% its so depressing, Its so hard I just hope its not as Hard as NCLEX... I was actually expecting more than that... I think i have to watch the decision tree again because i kept on answering La Charity I think I got hook to much with la charity that i lose the kaplan strategies... hahaha....

I haven't heard of that and i did not.. But i took the one with classroom ..

I had to start from beginning too when i started reviewing for nclex last november because i graduated 2009 and my foundation of nsg. is so vague already.. i feel like i dont know anything..

For my content I use Saunders 5e. And i read ALL the chapters in this book and wrote it down on notebook (summarized) Except for couple of Pharma chapters ..planning to finish reading pharma before i take the exam..

I used kaplan's strategies for answering questions. it really helps alot not to be contain on one question when u dont know the answer.

As for kaplan's content videos i find it nice but the teachers dont explain it thoroughly.(which is what i wanted)

their pharma instructor on the video is really good.. :) Overall its really good ! To me feels like a quick brush up on content..

I was gonna get hurst videos because i had read around here that its really good but then I dont have a spare money anymore I will still have to purchase 3wk course NCSBN for RN..

I heard that 60%++ is a good score but honestly i wasnt really sure with my answers, it was really hard, i just wish i would get a lot of PDA questions because im doing pretty good with it, The QT7 has a lot of knowledge thingy questions... My exam is on MOnday the 5th... : o)

Same here! Everytime i answer kaplan's questions i feel like i dont know if i am doing well or not.. I mean w/o basing it from the scores...its really weird LOL! ..yay! Goodluck! My prayers are with you!! :)
