NCC nursing program

Has anyone been accepted to Ncc's nursing program. If so, how hard is it, and are you able to work while in the program?

Then you should do it! Just make sure to find a part time job, not full time. A per diem would be even better. Hopefully you can find a job before the semester starts, since you may not wanna juggle starting a new job and starting nursing school at the same time.

Being a CNA/PCA/PCT/etc is definitely helpful as far as being familiar with how hospitals "work", interacting with patients, nurses, physicians, other members of the team, etc. It can be annoying at times, I won't lie, though my unit is a busy one. Plus we get tuition reimbursement, so that's nice.

Well I'm going to do it ! anyways I'll have a month and a half to look for a job. Hopefully I can find one :) .. Thanks !

Congrats daisyyyyy!! I feel like throwing up & I won't be home till 9:30 to see if my letters there. Day prayers for me girls!! I'm the last one to know in the group lol

Thanks everyone!!! I'm so happy because I had such a crappy day at work today and my recorder died mid lecture during my A&P 2 class! I needed this!!! I feel like we all got in!

I've been reading all of these blogs and hoping for similar success even though my gpa was slightly lower. Very nerve racking but worth the wait. Finally got my acceptance letter today for evenings. Congrats to all.

yayyy!!!! congrats!!!! i dropped to my knees and started thanking God and screaming "LETS GO!!!" LOL now i can SLEEP!!! OMG i can't believe we all got in!!!

The night class is usually one class that moves through each semester together. Days usually has about 3 sections.
