NAU vs. ASU RN to BSN

Updated:   Published

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can give me a rundown of the cost per credit, and how many classes, etc... for each NAU and ASU program.

I can't seem to find a straight answer on their website without contacting a counselor.

Would appreciate any advice!

Hi!

You can get the information on asa.maricopa.edu. If you google maricopa CEP it will take you to that website and the exact page for CEP. You can look up all of the prerequisites, co requisites of each program (NAU, ASU, UIU, etc) as well as the price of each program.

I don't think she was referring to CEP.

OP, to my knowledge, NAU is a decent amount cheaper than ASU. I have no knowledge of legit numbers though.

ASU's RN-BSN program is a little over 12,000 per year (fall and spring). I'm not sure what NAU's program cost is though.

Don't have actual dollar amounts, but I can pretty much say for sure ASU will be higher.

I've looked into this before and these were the numbers I found. So don't quote me on them.

ASU is 38 credits and it's about $510 to $718 per credit hour. $19,380 - $27,284. (I got this from their website)

NAU is 30 credits and about $425 per credit hour. $12,750. (I plan on doing the RN-BSN program with them, so I've done more research with them lol)

I believe I am paying 435 a credit hour right now through ASU. Having all the pre reqs done it is 38 credits.
