I am doing a project about cultural traditions that disagree with "western medicine" and pharmacology. Does anyone know if native americans protest any medications or forms of administration?

No I do not . However if you go on the web and contact the tribes themselves they will share that information with you. Good Luck
Thank you so much. I actually found a wonderful teaching module from a nurse educator at the University of California. I was able to find information inside that I used for my project. I got a 100%! I am very fascinated with American Indian culture. So beautiful! Our Spirits Don't Speak English did make me cry.
You know it is required in nursing programs that you learn a second language and the two I always think of is sign language and a native american language. When I became an RN that was not yet required. Everything I have read about native americans intrigues me and I understand your fasination. I am happy that you forunf what you were looking for, Congrats. :) I have seen numerous things that have made me hurt for their trials and tribulations and most assuredly the injustice they have received over time and I have cried over many things that have been told. Wishing you well.
