Hi all,

I am applying to the BSN program at national this month & wanted to start a feed to see if there's anyone else out there applying/preparing for TEAS, etc!

Don't get discouraged I have two C's in A&P and I did not retake my courses. I made sure I scored high enough on my TEAS as well as my essay. I got a 4.75/5 on my essay and 85.3 on my TEAS. I know where you are coming from !!! This was my last try to get in and I made alternate! You can do this!

I missed being an alternate by about a point. 89.3 TEAS, 4.5/5 essay....but as I suspected my C in micro is my downfall so I will be retaking microbiology and applying again another time. Very disappointing to be so close yet so far. Lots of tears and wine today. Congrats to everyone who got in.

Just curious for those that Got in are you currently living in San Diego

I don't, I live in Riverside County and commute everyday an hour and a half.

I missed getting an alternate spot in cohort 54 by 0.03 points and was the first person denied. I retook the essay and got accepted this time.

(TEAS 87.3, Essay 3.5, GPA 3.713). Don't be discouraged! Retake your micro and reapply. Your TEAS and essay scores are great. You can do it!!!

Congratulations everyone that got the good news! I got in as well! Does anyone know where we can find the info on how much the total ABSN program will cost and how long it will take?

dont feel bad! same thing happened to me i was the next to be on the wait list and just missed my chance so i ended up retaking micro because i also had a C in it! But i reapplied and i just got an alternate position, so dont give up!

When I originally spoke with a counselor, they told me it would cost roughly $46,000 for 2 years. Don't know where that is stated on print though.
