National University San Diego

Has anyone had any luck with applying at National University for their nursing program? I applied back in Oct 06 and have been waiting to hear from them. They are supposed to notify in 3 months. I have called and called and written email upon emails with no response really. Please, if anyone has applied and received some sort of letter, I would greatly appreciate your reply.

I am used to my e-mail telling me when there's a new post on this thing and i never got any for some reason! Looks like I've been M.I.A.! So I am going to get one too Diana, probably not pink although it IS the best color ever!:heartbeat I have no idea where I'm going to get mine though... I think I want to get one that I can fit my PINK, yes, pink laptop in...HAHA. (I'm kind of a dork if you couldn't tell). So let me know where you get yours!

And yeah, I just got the e-mail saying I have nursing orientation March 2...??? Kind of funny considering we already had it! I emailed my NU advisor and asked her what that was about so I'll let you know when she replies! :)

Yeah, I got that same email today about the orientation - let me know what you find out, Ashley. Also, I am so NOT surprised about your pink laptop :), that's cute. I did go on a mission to buy a rolling backpack today though... and let me tell you something: Walmart & Target don't have ****! I found one crapy one at Walmart, Jeep brand or something, decided to not get it. Others that I saw at the mall luggage stores were SO expensive:madface:.... around $80-$100 for a super basic one, and nicer ones are well over $150 (Swiss Army, Jansport, etc)... Insane. I will look on ebay maybe, to see if I can get better deals that way.... Arrghh! I am aggravated that I spent the whole day driving around burning gas, and still found nothing!

Oh yeah, as an afterthought, overstock.com has amazing prices, usually a great selection, and absolutely better shipping prices than ebay. Although there is no bidding, you don't have to wait for a deal you just buy right then and there, and its new! Just a thought.

The best place to find a rolling backpack is Ross. I got mine there for $20, it's huge! It's great quality too.

Thanks ladies for the suggestions...As for Overstock.com....Holy COW! How ever will I choose?? There's about a million to choose from! I think I've narrowed it down to a few! I think I'm going to go with this one only because it seems to be the biggest one...

I myself am looking at Jansport backpacks... They are higher rated for durability, but are a bit pricey... They are also very light (average one is no more than 5 lbs) and others are 9 lbs and more, for just a backpack alone that's pretty heavy. Jansports are also very roomy, up to 2200 cu; so I am looking at different sites to get a better deal.... Yeah I always hear good things about Jansport, and I really like that one so I might end up getting it...! (If you don't mind me copying you that is!!)
