Has anyone had any luck with applying at National University for their nursing program? I applied back in Oct 06 and have been waiting to hear from them. They are supposed to notify in 3 months. I have called and called and written email upon emails with no response really. Please, if anyone has applied and received some sort of letter, I would greatly appreciate your reply.
Thanks
Ok so I was all set to order it today, went to the website and of COURSE... they sold out. Just my luck! What's funny is a girl in my CNA certification class has that same backpack so I checked it out today and it looks VERY nice. Seems very spacious and lots of room for books, laptop, etc. I found it on a different website... http://www.onlinefitness.com/product2326//style4580/?ref=cj ...Here it was 74.95 and since Inna and I bought ours together (i got black, she got brown) it then became free shipping. We also just googled something like "online fitness promo codes" and found one for 10% off jansport backpacks. So overall, we each paid about 74 dollars including tax. A bit more expensive but I think it's worth it. :)
Hey, that's great Ashley! My total with everything was like $69 and some cents, so what you found on the other website is only a couple of dollars more, but still an awesome deal! :) I'm glad you saw it in real life and that it looked nice, b/c I'm always afraid to be disappointed with online purchases. That's funny, we'll all have the same backpacks.... :):):) I think they will serve us well...
Hahaha! I bet you it was sold out because other students on this forum went and ordered it using that link.... :):) LOL! It would be hilarious if we all show up the first day of class and like 15 other students have the same backpack.... I am seriously thinking of ebroidering mine... LOL ... No, seriously....
I know... something has to be done... this is preposterous!... :) We'll all look like clones::smackingf same uniforms, same backpacks, same scopes, and all in white shoes! I think Janson (as well as those websites we used) owe us some $$ for free advertising! :) Also, I now firmly believe that local embroidery companies' revenues are just about to increase... So, all in all, I think we are stimulating the economy pretty well with our consumer spending, don't you think?

And by the way, my NU advisor said:
"The orientation that was added to your schedule was to cover the Feb. 13, 2009 orientation that you attended. You will not be required to attend another orientation.”
Just in case you're all wondering!!
