Anyone else on these threads applying to NU's April 2012 cohort in San Diego? How do you feel about TEAS V? I wish you all luck . I'm not so sure I'll get in :uhoh21:. I scored a 70.6% (slightly higher than National's average across the US and for our specific program), and I'm a fairly decent writer, but I have a C in A/P 1 (class and lab) and B's in A/P 2 (class and lab) and Micro (class and lab). I earned an A- in Biostats and have never reattempted any classes. I'm thinking of retaking the TEAS again and getting the ATI study guide this time around to try to bump my score up to the 80's.
All- nighter!!! I can't make it. I'm falling asleep. I wonder what is going on !!! It is just about midnight and nothing .. not even a " were running behind " email. This is so crazy. Such a tease !!!!! Anyone's status updated???
I'm a little irritated about this. If I give someone a date for something, I either come through by the deadline or, at the very least, send out another email explaining the delay. I hope this doesn't foreshadow bad things for how the program is organized.
Nothing guys .... Phishin165, I agree with you. It's been nothing but delays. The " few days " that turned into a week was okay but when someone says Friday evening and it's now Saturday morning.... I don't know....I don't want to be mean but I just think a courtesy email would have been nice. I wish they wouldn't do this to us over the weekend !!! Thank goodness I didn't wait all night.
Got my letter-as expected, denied. This time I'm going to get the ATI study guide for v.5 of the TEAS for the April deadline. Best of luck to everyone else!
JakeH... So sorry. I wish you luck on the April deadline!! I just opened the email and I am accepted. I am so happy. I can't explain it !!!!!! I worked so hard. Good luck everyone.
