National University Los Angeles- Generic Entry BSN- Cohort 22 (October 2019)

Hi guys! I applied to Cohort 22 for the Generic BSN at the LA campus of National University. I am so anxious to be taking the essay but obviously I still don’t have an appointment date since we haven’t reached the application deadline. I’m super anxious about getting in because I’m not the best writer especially under pressure. I think I do have a great GPA and TEAS scores though. Hopefully, we can start this thread and give updates in our nursing journey. Good luck!

My TEAS/essay date is on May 22. Did you guys make it by the application deadline?

@avocadont13 no I did not. I still have these two classes to take and take my teas. So....... how about you?

Yeah I did. I submitted my application way back in December, and I finally got my teas/essay date which is on May 22. VERY ANXIOUS ABOUT IT.

@avocadont13What do you mean you submitted back in December? ohhhh you probably send your application early then? Good luck, Love! you can do it! you got 91 on your teas last time! make sure to let me know what you've encountered on the teas test, yeah? please? and im praying for you! you'll get in. happy COHORT OCT 2019?

@jayseeoh I'm taking ILR 260 first this month. then BST. hehe we can feed each other's experience on these classes.

Good luck, I’ll let you know how BST is. I got lucky and won’t have to take ILR ? I think we might have to start our own thread since this is for Cohort 22. Don’t want to hijack it haha.

Yeah, the application period opened in october I think? So I was able to submit it early because I ended my last prereq in November, can’t remember exactly.

I only took the TEAS once, and I don’t think I’m gonna retake it because I think 91 is high enough. Right now, I think I’m just gonna put my energy into practicing for the proctored essay. But who knows, maybe I’ll toss $58 on the exam date and retake the TEAS depending on how I feel on that day haahahahaha
