National University LA May 2012 cohort

I took my TEAS on Friday and took the essay test. I wanted to know if anyone knows when we will hear back, the cohort start date is around the corner. Waiting and not knowing is always the HARDEST part.

did anyone here apply for NU LA may 2012 cohort? if so, how did you guys do on your teas and essay? results? science gpa? i heard there were about 65 students applying for this semester. so its kind of hard to get in the nursing program, only 20 students out of those 65 make it.. any thoughts?

I could not agree more. How do you feel about the teas and essay? They said we would hear from them by the end of march

I feel like I could have done better on the TEAS and the essay was harder only because I was still wondering about my TEAS score. I talked to them also and they made it seem more like Mid March. They said orientation would be in April so hopefully they actually give us some time to prepare our lives for such a big undertaking. Then classes would start in May. That seems like everything is being decided so close to the start of the program. On the plus side, we don't have to wait as long because of how close it is.

same here. i think i would have done better had i not seen my teas score. Cant wait to find out. Its taking forever!

I'm surprised we haven't heard from any other applicants. Have you seen any threads about this subject?

My TEAS score was a 83.4%....I'm hoping that my essay was a high enough score.

My science GPA isn't as high as I would like it to be. Well, at least it is March so we know the results should be out this month since orientation is in April. Is there any way to check the application status on the NU website?
