Thanks for updating the applicant pool. I think you have a very good shot on getting in. I am just praying that I can get in with a 3.8 GPA and a 78 TEAS score. We will see.

Hello all. I applied to the last cohort and a total combined score of 83.5 was the cut off of getting in. Hope this helps!

No sadly I didn't get in! I had a score of 79.5 because my TEAS score is low. I'm not a good test taker! I tried to take the TEAS a second time to improve and got the sameeee score lol so I applied again to national and then also palomar and grossmont. Hoping to get into one of them! When I called and asked an estimate of grossmont's "getting in" score she didn't want to tell me at first. I just said I knew it wasn't 100% and she said you should be fine with around the mid 70s. So fingers crossed for everyone!!

I hope you get in . I'm very bad in reading and English portions of the teas but excellent in math and science . I absolutely hate Teas test . I hope that I can get in with 82 teas and 3.8 GPA . Good luck everyone we will find out soon .

does anyone know when we find out how we did on our essay? i tried calling and they wouldn't let me know. they also specified that we should know if we got in by late monday or tuesday

Just to warn everyone..last time they kept telling us certain days we would know by and then didn't find out til prob 2 weeks later than that day.

I heard that all the time . So annoying to wait 6-8 weeks to find out . To be honest I think they give you essay score after you find the decision .

Yes last time they extended the deadline for the next cohort for that reason. The delay was bc of winter break tho and teachers not having grades done in time so hopefully that's not the case this time! They send an email to check the web portal..instead of submitted it will say "denied" or maybe approved? I didn't get in lol so I only know denied lol i ended up having to call in after the fact to find out my scores on the essay and everything. I think they can only give you the info over the phone, not through email
