I am making this thread for anyone who is applying for NU's cohort 81. The application deadline for this cohort is on November 8, 2024. This is my second time applying for the program after getting denied from the last cohort due to my TEAS score. My stats are 3.73 GPA and 94 on the TEAS which I retook the other day. I also have 3 years of healthcare experience working mainly in behavioral health.
What has me hesitant is the transferable units. I have everything done but some are over 7 years. I really hope and pray I get into NU.
I don't know if I'll go if I have to retake any of my sciences.. I just finished them and I don't want to retake them.
I believe they only take classes you've taken the last 2 years don't quote me on it. I stopped listening when they said I have to take their finals and get at least certain score to get that credit. Let's hope for the best! Good luck to us and everyone who applied!
Hello! This is my second time applying, I got denied from cohort 80 due to my lower TEAS score. Im applying a second time with a new TEAS score of 86 and a GPA of 3.6. I took the TEAS 4 times to get that score. So hopefully it all works out! Good luck to everyone (:
Hi!! This was also my first time applying to National. After applying it said we should receive an email 1-2 weeks after the deadline. Therefore, it could mean we won't know for another week. I'm hoping that's not the case, because I've also been checking daily!! This week alone has felt so long just anxiously checking!! haha
