National University Accelerated BSN

Hi Everyone:

I am currently in the process of trying to get into national university's ABSN program for the fall 2009 at L.A location, anyone who has gotten into the program (both L.A and S.D) before or still in the process of applying, I would really appreciate any feedback from all of you guys about your general status (overall GPA, TEAS, etc) or your insight about this program overall. I feel like nowadays every nursing program becomes a lot more competitive than before, even for the private schools. So any feedback or comment would be very welcome from all of you guys, Thank you.

Hi, everyone! I got accepted into NU's nursing program in LA and will start in Nov. I believe it's cohort 6? Anyone else?

Did you take the teas on like July 8 or sometime around there? So did I. I'll be seeing you in November.

cool! congrats, pawsn! will u make it to orientation? I just received my BLS cert. I'm trying to get health insurance. did u receive a packet from NU? how much is malpractice?

Yes I will be there at orientation. The malpractice is about $25 a year, so not too bad. I was afraid it was going to be expensive.

Thinking about applying into the NU ABSN in Fresno. How is the total tuition going to be around 50k? Am I doing the math incorrectly ?

Hi - Iam applying to NU and they told me they would waive the 60 fee if some current student referred me to the school. May I use any one here for a referrence to get the fee waived? I will be attending the Rancho Bernardo campus.

[color=#333333]when is the next pre-nursing program information forum being held? is that something that happens after you submit your online app? do you have to set up an appointment to meet with an adviser? [color=#333333]i want to apply for the program at the la campus. i hope it's not any more competitive compared to another campuses...
