One I was on the phone to a doctor serveral times. The patient wasn't doing well. The doc told me to dc the hemofiltration. I was totally unfamiliar with this and told him I didn't know how. And he said "Any idiot could do it". I replied, "We don't have any idiots working tonight, would you please come in?" I also wrote him up for being verbally abusive.
