Nassau Community College Spring 2015

Published

Hey Everyone!!!! i didnt see a thread for NCC spring 2015 nursing program, so i figured i start one. Anyone plan on applying for spring semester?

You could also share some insight if you're already in the program. Like how the application process was for you and your gpa as well as TEAS scores. im sure any info would be helpful.

I called yesterday and was told my application is still waiting to be processed. The lady told me that was a good thing... Who knows!

So I guess it's a good thing for me also...heh, hopefully >__

yes I attend NCC part time and I'm now completing Mirco Biology. So I will only need to concentrate on my core Nursing classes

I'm also completing Micro...trying to earn an A. Glad I'm getting all the science courses out the way also so I can focus on the nursing cores when I do start.

Wow, how cool is that. You must have been filled with smiles.

yea that was nice of them

NCC gave me a shoutout.... Thanks NCC much appreciated

really ?!

You can pay to put that up.....

(You're slowly becoming "that guy")

anyways lets let's keep this about people who are still waiting to hear back from NCC.

Are you still waiting, few of my classmates got their letter on Monday and got it.

Anyone going to the extra labs for medical micro?

I didn't check mail today, still haven't received anything... But I did receive this email from NCC administrations (last week) about proceeding to my next step of enrolling by registering online or advisement. I''m not sure since it didn't say anything about the nursing program.. not sure if it's an acceptance. I think I should call them...I've waited on it because I was waiting for a letter like everyone else.

Hey does anyone know how should we go dressed to the registration/advisement meeting??!!

Was anyone else placed on the waiting list? Thanks!

I'm in section C..... anyone else?

Hi all,

I currently live in Florida and hold a BA. I am starting nursing school here in January, but I have an urge to move to NYC for school (i don't want to wait two years until I finish school). I've looked into this program and I have a 3.23 GPA in the four required courses as well as a 75 on the TEAS. I'm interested in applying for Fall 2015, but worried that since I don't even live in the state they will overlook my application. Any advice/input?

I would advice you to apply lol
