Hello,
I decided to start a thread for those who have been accepted into Nassau's evening session for this fall. There aren't many of us so I figured this would be a nice way to get to know each other before September and give each other advice. I personally, have no idea what to expect and will appreciate any information and advice. I am planning on working on the 2 page autobiography we need to bring to our interview. Anyone start it yet? Is there something specific they will be looking for? Also, anyone know what type of stethoscope they're going to purchase?
Look forward to hearing from you guys!
Nancy
Mine wasn't so much of an interview...basically the woman I spoke with wanted to make sure that I understood what I had left to take in order to graduate. I'm in section T41. Finished my math test and started to price out the books on the list they gave us. From what I found on e-bay I'm already up to $500!
I'm also in section T41!! I looked up the books also and it's very expensive. The first book is available on the NCC Library database as well. I would probably use this at times but I like to have a physical book in hand so I will end up buying the book maybe from Amazon.
I'm the type that needs a physical book in my hand too...anytime we used a computer while at school was to play Oregon trail lol

Does anyone know if the 2 page autobiography is just about our lives or why we want to become nurses? I just don't want to waste time writing about the wrong thing.
