Nassau Community College Fall 2016

Hello, I am wondering if there is anyone here that is applying to Nassau for Fall 2016. I have applied and I'm scheduled to take my TEAS exam on 3/18. I do not have all of my pre-requisites which I understand gives me a better chance of being admitted. I plan to take classes this summer and will take the rest in the Fall if I'm not admitted. I would just like to know thoughts on getting into this program. Also, if there is anyone currently in the program please share your thoughts on how things are going for you. Thanks!

Hi, I'm new here at allnurses. I applied for the fall 2016 day program too but haven't heard anything. I don't have much hope since I don't have enough merits to get in but it's still driving me crazy to wait for the decision. I scored a 72 on the Teas and have BA in psychology with a low gpa. Also don't have most of the pre reqs. Will probably start on them this summer and try to bring my gpa up is its possible. But in order to move on with those plans I need to know the decision to this application first. But I guess waiting is the game 😩😩

I just called the nursing dept and the woman said she just sent out the letters TODAY! I said oh I heard they went out last week n she said nope they just went out.... Ugh
