Hi all,
I have an assignment to interview an older adult and document it in a narrative form.
I am just wondering if anyone has a sample of narrative older adults assessment? It would be helpful for me to have a better insight about it and have a format that I can follow.
Thank you so much, your help would be so much appreciated :)
Regards,
jsamuely:)

This post is almost 3 year old..... Try Retired/ inactive nurses forum. Try you local city/town senior services and see if they can hook you up. Does any of you friends have grandparents, relatives that meet the requirements. This is tough.

you're writing a biography. how hard is that?
agree with esme that the senior services center is a good place to start. your state has an office of elder affairs or something like that, and they can give you direction. also, since a lot of seniors need the help, you could call your local free clinics and food banks and find some there.
see, part of this assignment is to learn how to go about looking for information you don't have. it wouldn't be called education if you didn't learn something you didn't know before, eh?
