Hi there, I've done some searching on the topic to no avail. I hope someone can help me on this.
On my birth certificate, I have a name suffix 'Jr' which I consistently used when I asked permission to my BON to sit for the NCLEX. But the files that they have sent me only contain my Full name without the 'Jr'. Even on my ATT it contains my full name without the 'Jr'.
On my passport, (which is the only accepted form of identification for test sites outside the USA) my complete name is printed with the suffix 'Jr'.
Pearson Vue is strict right? they said the names must match EXACTLY the same on my ATT and on the passport. My ATT has no Jr on it but my passport does.
what should I do?
My NCLEX is a month away, please shed some light.
I have a similar question: On my ATT I have just my first and last name (no middle initial) but on my driver's license I have my middle initial. Is this going to be a problem when I show up to take my test?
will i guess it will be the same problem with the suffix thing. on my ATT my middle name was spell out and you must call the pearson vue with regards to that matter to be corrected.

thats what they always told me it was ok of the omission of the suffix "jr". and i dnt get it why they do not include the suffix "jr". for them it was ok but on our part its not ok since we are the one being questioned later on why is that there is no "jr".
did you explain to them the need to include it since whatever name written on the ATT will be the one that wil apper on the license if ever the state where you apply do give license regardless of no SSN?
