Name on Maryland BON but license status says pending....did I pass?

I took the NCLEX Wednesday @ 2pm. My Quick results are not back yet and it's 3:10 Friday. I went on the maryland BON site, typed in my name and it came up with license Registered Nurse. But when I clicked on it, my license status said pending. Does this mean I passed?

It seems like MBON slowly enters in your data. I tested on the 25th of January and got the good popup...on the 26th my name appeared on MBON, but I didn't have a license number until 1/27. I think it takes them 2-3 business days. Congrats!

Thank you, Iam just glad i am not going to take that test again I had arounf 30 SATA and the rest medication and select which pt nurse should see first.

you are right I got my Lic# today I called MBON this morning around 10:30 am complaining that I passed my NCLEX but my status is still pending, they told me its not their fault it is ATT that did not complete some paper work or did not send them everything. I checked the MBON website later at 11:45 and " voila" my dear Lic# is active. I dont know if its my call that ruched them to change my status or just coincidence the most important I am officially an RN after 4 years and 6 months of studying. Thank you

hi there, i took my exam on Monday and i tried Pearson vue trick and it went to credit card page ..and then today i looked up at Maryland board of nursing page and it says license pending...any guesses what it reflects???? m so nervous and frustrated at the same time..:(

Hi, I think the maryland board if nursing puts everyone's name on the website and the status as "pending" as long as you have applied. I'm obsessed and had been looking up names before I even took my nclex and my name has been there for awhile now, at least two weeks ago when I started looking at it. It had pending next to my name even though I hadn't taken the nclex until today. So, it appears they just update it when people do take the exam.

I haven't read about anybody experienced that. I don't think MBON will include your name without you passing the exam. What is the rational for that? Do they include name of failed applicants?

Does it say "completed" on the passed exam item line? If so, I think that means you passed. Also if it says, "not indicated" or whatever on the reschedule thing ... I would assume if you have both of those, your license number is just pending paperwork or something.

I dont see a passed exam line or reschedule line under mine? my status says pending. What does this mean?

I took my RN exam last Friday. When I checked it I saw my name on the registered RN but there's an interim permit that expired. What does it mean? Ty!

I took the NCLEX the very first year they had it on computer!! We still had to wait several weeks to get the results!! When I took it for my LPN it was a month or 2 before we found out in the mail!! Can you imagine?!? lol!

Did anyone find out if "completed"actually meant passing the nclex!? I am having the same issue!
