Name MA Hospital and Starting Salary

Hey all! There is a thread on the NY forum where they share information re: salaries etc. It seemed very helpful so I thought we should do this for Massachusetts. If people could mention their starting rates, night differentials, bonuses, other benefits or perks, that would be very helpful to many of us. Thanks!!! (Still a nursing student in Boston!)

The nurses at Mass General just got a pay raise. The base rate for new graduates is now $27.75 an hour. :nurse:

Geez, I will be making close to MGH pay, and guess what, I wont have the looong drive to boston!

Does anyone work for Saints Memorial or Lowell General? How do yo like it and what is the base pay for new grads?

having worked at both small community hospital and mgh, i would choose mgh any day over the smaller facility even if the $$ is close.
