N-CLEX review

For me, I wish I'd just gone and done it ASAP upon graduating while a lot of info from school was still fresh.

I used LaCharity's PDA, NCLEX 3500, NCSBN 3-week course, and ATI and none of it had a huge impact when it came to my exam.

This is just my opinion - studyng a lot may work for you...just saying, for me, I was just as well off to just go do it.

I studied for about a month. I took Kaplan Online Classroom Anywhere which comes with essential content lecture videos, live and recorded classroom lectures, Q bank, Q trainers!!!!! I have to say I reallllllly loved it!!!!! It is expensive but was one of the best investments I've made so far!!! Also I used PDA, Saunders, Exam Cram. I passed with 75 Questions on the 1st try this Thursday. GOOD LUCK!

I am currently a nursing student and will be graduating soon. I was wondering if anyone out there could give me some amazing advice on the quickest and most efficient way to prepare for the N-CLEX in a short amount of time of maybe 1-2 months?

Think about how you made it through nursing school.....what studying techniques worked best for you and apply it to how you study for boards. Also, what I did was google/check amazon for NCLEX prep books that had the highest ratings. I didn't bother with review courses and passed with 75 questions. good luck!

Also try to stick with one to two books (one content, one for questions) and FINISH IT. Don't waste your money if you don't plan to finish it. This will help in confusing you and lengthening your studying.
