My question, if someone took NCLEX in 2008/09 do the same rules apply for taking

test now in 2010? What I'm trying to ask is that my friend took the NCLEX 2 or 3 times the past couple years and we know that different questions are given at every attempt (so that the same ques. is not given). So, does anyone know if it starts all over since the ques. data bank is new? Or is it a given b/c all questions are new?

You know how, if she had passed lets say on her 5th attempt in 2009, within that question bank she was given new ques. every time, never repeating or seeing the same question in his 5 different attempts.

So now, does it start all over since the test has changed in 2010? or will he still not receive the same questions?

Does that make sense? I'm happy to clairify if not.

Check with the NCSBN website but the pool of questions is always changing and they do bring in new things as well as remove others
