Ha!!!! I had a 3rd grader last year that memorized the 20/20 and 20/15 lines on my eye chart. Luckily, my intuition said something wasn't right. I tested him on the 20/60 line and he just looked like a deer in headlights. He couldn't even get the 20/80 line! I sent home a referral and never heard back from the parents. I even called to explain that their child was trying to beat the eye chart but I think he needs to see an eye doctor. I still never heard anything back. He moved up to the next school this year so I had no idea what ever happened..... until one day he appeared at my school again. He saw me and gave me this sheepish smile saying, "I got glasses." I asked him what it was like to be able to see the world. He actually said something along the lines of. "It's really cool!"
