hello, iam so sorry that i have not written in a long time, but i have been so worry, you see my daughter took the lpn nclex 12/6/2008 and she has been studying soooo hard, and i'm very proud of her, but i'm also scared to death for her, you see this is the 2nd time she is taking this dreadful test, the 1st time she didn't know what to expect and she feels that she study the wrong way, this time she study saunders, and kaplan and really put 100000% of her all, waiting for the results is killing me, i know that she tries not to worry me, but i can see it that she is also a little scared, i pray to god so hard that she passes this test and i have lots of faith, but sometimes i question my faith, and i feel really awful, i know that i should never question the almighty, but i am human.. please please please pray for my daughter, god has never let me down before, and i know that deep in my heart my almighty was with her when she took her test she states that she felt really good , much better than the 1st time she took the test, she had 205 questions the 1st time and the 2nd time she also had 205 questions, soes that mean anything?..we live in florida so when can she know wheather she passed or not? how can we find out? thank you everyone for all your prayers, from a mom that loves her baby girl to death!!

Florida participates in quick result for RN so presume also for PN so should be able to see results on pearsonvue after 48 hours. Alternatively should image her name will appear on BON website if she passes. Good luck to her

Hoping that your daughter and you receive good news.
just found out today this morning that she failed again, and she is sooooooooooo devastated, she cries alot, she doesn't want to talk to anyone, she is like in a daze and the only thing i can do as a mother is keep praying for her and assure her that i'm not upset or ashamed of her, i love her so much and i'm trying to do everything i can in my power so that she doesn't feel like a failure, and that is really hard to do, as she has always been a straight "a" student, she has always been in the top of her class, and the best in clinicals, always helping out the other students, she studied for almost 6 months, kaplan, saunders, and every book she could get her hands on, and lot's of faith and prayers,,,i cried all day, i didn't let her see me, i'm not ashamed of her at all, because i know that she tried her best and i'm proud of her and i keep telling her that she worked so hard to finish nursing school that she can't quit now, but i can feel her pain and that hurts me. i don't know what else i can do, but give her all the moral support she needs, she feels that the medical field is not for her, i know that she will be great in any profession she chooses, but right know, she doesn't feel that way and she refuses to take the test again, please pray for her and thank you again for your good wishes.
she will feel like that. i failed twice before passing and it is hard. she needs to take a break and then i think she should consider suzanne's plan. all information can be found in the stickies. i would suggest she waits now until after christmas before starting studying again
Although she might not want to hear this, we have had posts from people who have passed the exam after taking it for six, seven, and even eight times. She will never get the license if she doesn't take the test again. But she will get the license if she perseveres. Good luck.
