I was thinking to create my own study log. Since you have started, I will follow your daily log to motivate each other.
My study materials:
Saunders Comprehensive Review 5th (read one time, did some questions)
Saunders Q & A Review 5th (doing questions by contents as daily basis)
PDA (finished chapter 1-18, case study 1-14, stop at case 15 due to difficulty)
Hurst Videos (watched a few of them)
NCLEX 4000 (haven't done any yet)
Since English is my second launguage, I take longer time to fully comprehend what I read. I really don't have confidence to take exam. I have been procrastinating my exam date ever since I got ATT. Finally I set up on 10/30. Wish I will be ready by then.
Let's study together and motivate each other.
8/24: Did Saunders ethical/legal 45 questions and read rationale
Did Saunders mental health 25 questions and read rationale
Thanks for the timely update your daily log. It makes me want to study.
8/25: Did Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing 26 questions from Saunder, and read content.
8/26: Read Mental Health Disorders charter content, will do questions later on.
I don't like study Psychiatric. I don't know why Saunders put a lot questions on this content. Is this important for NCLEX exam?
I like the way you study, studying one subject on different materials.
I usually study from PM till 3:00 AM or later, wake up around 11:00 am. I should change it, since my exam will be 8:00 am.

Every portion are equally important for the NCLEX-RN exam.I really hate psychiatric like you but it contains about 6-12% of the test.I am not a morning person and i study well in the afternoon and evening time. That is the reason i chose the afternoon time to test.I also wake up late in the morning at around 11:00 AM as i go to bed around 2-3 AM.Thank you so much!! You are also the reason that i am motivated more to study.
Let's keep going as we are almost there.
08/27/2012
Finished Cardiovascular system from Mary Ann Hogan followed by practice test(26 questions)
Did Cardiovascular questions from NCLEX 4000(study mode)-29/50
PDA chapter on cardiovascular system-23/34
Watched Hurst videos on cardiovascular system.
Hurst is really helping me to understand the content that does not make any sense while i read.It is really so overwhelming to study so much information
