MUSC DNP Fall 2020

I wanted to start this thread for anyone interested in the Medical University of South Carolina's DNP program set start in Fall 2020 and if any current students want to jump in and talk about your experience, it would be greatly appreciated!

I just got my acceptance email yesterday! Going part-time so I can work and pay for the program out of pocket. Will also be starting my RN residency at the same time so it's a lot and I am so nervous but SO EXCITED! I'm doing the PMHNP program and I am absolutely in love with MUSC and Charleston so getting to achieve my dream education in my favorite city has me on cloud-9.

Hello my friend and I are planning to apply for the Fall 2021 cohort. How soon did you get your acceptance letter. We were told that they do a rolling admissions so we would know the next day. How true is this? Also what extra expenses have you had prior to entering the actual program.

I also applied for Fall of 2021. How quickly did you all hear back? I’m already verified and they have received everything.

Hey Y'all! I just applied for the pediatric DNP program and am looking forward to hearing back! I am definitely nervous as I am still in progress of completing my BSN at MUSC college of Nursing. They have verified my application so I am hoping to hear back soon. How long did it take y'all to hear back after your applications were submitted?

I had everything submitted and verified by August 20th. Got my acceptance on October 23!
