Hi!
I noticed there wasn’t an allnurses page for MUSC Spring 2021! So I just wanted to start one out(:
@Knneiko I wouldn’t be too nervous about your grades! A 3.7 cumulative is very high and your science GPA is pretty good. I have an average cumulative GPA, but my prerequisite GPA and science GPA are much stronger. I don’t have healthcare experience whatsoever, but I do have volunteer experience at MUSC, shadowing hours, and a bachelors degree. I’m trying hard to not compare myself to other applicants, because it seems so individually based!
Thank you! And I agree that it is very individually based. I saw the extended deadline as well. Probably due to Covid-19 and wanting to give everyone the opportunity to get an application in if they wanted to. I am also applying without a bachelor's degree. Fingers crossed that it goes well for both of us.

That’s true! Fingers crossed for sure. I’m getting so impatient waiting.
Hey guys!
I applied regular admission for Spring 2021—I’m so eager to hear back! I’m from Charleston and received my bachelor’s degree in public health from College of Charleston. I’ve volunteered and done an independent study/research at multiple different health-related organizations, but I don’t have any clinical experience. I recently completed a Certified Nurse Aide program, but I don’t have a CNA job yet to be able to include in my application. I put all my eggs in one basket with MUSC so ... fingers crossed ? Congratulations to everyone who has been accepted so far, and best of luck to the rest of us who are *anxiously* waiting for good news!!
